Cancellations
Please give at least 2 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Same-day cancellations with less than 2 hours' notice may incur a fee.
Refunds
Payment is collected after your service, so advance refunds generally do not apply. If you are not happy with your session, please tell our staff during or right after it and we will do our best to make it right.
